Judith Byer Mostovoy Program Funds are raised to honor the memory of Judith Byer Mostovoy, a longtime member and former president of the South Cook Section. The proceeds, including special tributes, support legal aid and educational programs to bring more public awareness of critical issues for women, children and families in the south suburbs of Chicago. |

SPA (State Public Affairs) The Section is kept up to date on state public affairs issues by several members who meet with other Illinois NCJW Section members who are provided information on issues of concern that are brought forth in the local and state legislative bodies. |
